Penn & Teller’s show, Bullshit, may not always be right on the money.  They have some views and opinions that I simply cannot agree with, no matter how funny the delivery.  Then, they have many cases and arguments that I do agree with.  This is likely due to their being Libertarians–I share many of the views on free markets, war protesting, and, as you will see below, global warming…but there are other positions they take that are just too extreme.

So, language warning first, this is, after all, a show called Bullshit…

Well, it turns out that someone is finally willing to stand up to the Global Warming media blitzkrieg. John Coleman, who founded the Weather Channel is proposing to sue Al Gore and anyone who is proposing to sell carbon credits for financial fraud.

As you look at the atmosphere over the last 25 years, there’s been perhaps a degree of warming, perhaps probably a whole lot less than that, and the last year has been so cold that that’s been erased

he said.

Since we can’t get a debate, I thought perhaps if we had a legal challenge and went into a court of law…we could finally get a good solid debate on the issue.

Good for Coleman! This so-called “debate” has been completely drowned out by the MSM, who basically lay down as fact that global warming is occurring. I personally am not a scientist, but I know from reading geological records that this Earth of ours has cooled and heated many times throughout history, and that our data on the subject is very limited.

So bring on the debate! Take it to the courts. Then things might really start to get heated….
